What you’re looking for isn’t here
I am going on hiatus from updating this for the next two weeks, until the Bar is over. Ditto goes for Facebook.
So, in my temporary parting words, here is what I have to say:
- For all of you who accidentally stumble upon this blog because you’re doing google searches for “barbri blog” or “barbri method” or “does barbri really work,” I don’t have an answer for you. I can tell you that now that classes are over, I still do not feel prepared for the Bar. But then again, we have 2 weeks of just sitting and memorizing. I hope that is enough, but I have nothing to offer you in terms of proof. You can search the Bar results come November and see if I passed or not. If I did, you should send me words of congratulations. If not, you should ignore my past two months’ worth of updates and just pretend that I never took the Bar to begin with. In the meanwhile, I will have faith that the process will get me to pass, even if I don’t have faith in myself.
- I am checking email sporadically throughout the day - not often, but every now and then. I receive emails whenever you post comments and Facebook wall messages. While I probably won’t respond, do know that a smile comes across my face each time I get one.
- I am scared. Very, very scared.
- I am excited about Virginia Basketball next year and our shift away from being completely guard-reliant to having some low post presence. More on that later, I’m sure.
- My tennis instructor ranked me as a low 4.0 on the NTRP scale. That is higher than I would have put myself, so I must be doing something right.
- Goodbye for now.

I’m scared too.
