Perhaps I exaggerate a little, but sitting in the library today, underneath the florescent lighting, I noticed that I am really, really pale for (a) it being summertime and us having had lots of sun recently and (b) me being Asian. I am a disgrace to my people. I am wondering if I can realistically study by the pool at least on weekends or something. But let’s be honest - I’m just going to end up falling asleep. And then when I’m done, I’ll be tired from too much sun, and I’ll need to come back inside and take a nap. And then the next thing you know, it’ll be dinner and bedtime. Unmitigated disaster. Story of my life.
